If its in mint condition and only has 140,000 miles i'd say 14-15 is a fair price. When i was shopping for a 7.3 they were always way out of wack with their prices, and the trucks looked kinda dumpy.
Basically any mint 7.3 either isnt for sale or they want a million bucks for it. I was lucky and bought mine after it was Repossessed from the previous owner.
