Oh ok i know who your talking about then. I haven't really stopped and talked to him much, but that was a pretty slick setup in that H1 when I got too look at it.
Its finished now. I never saw it before the 12v. First time I saw it was right after he got the 12v sitting in there and was doing all the fab work to get everything working.
I'm pretty sure he had it driving around Annevar so sometime in june when i saw it, but there are actually quite a few people in my little town with lifted trucks so me and a couple of the guys i graduated with where thinking about flooding one of our pivots and hold a mud bog with a big party and live band. So we'll see if it ever happens
If you get to Kearney, you should stop by the NAPA there. One of our members, George, is the manager at the Kearney and Minden stores. We hang out at his place during Cruise Nite. His house is straight up north from downtown, and the cars from the Saturday car show go right past his house.
That's awesome i'm glad there are still guys that'll let you do that. I ended up spending most of last cruise night driving my older friends around in the black 79 trying to keep the cops happy, but it seemed like there weren't as many classic out cruising. Hope they come back out like 3 yrs ago.
We went for a couple of quick cruises, but stayed at the house for the most part. George had a nice spread of food and a bunch of people there at the house. Nice just kicking back in the front yard, watching the cars cruise by.
Ok I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I can't really make up my mind now on to build my 67 as a lowered short box like i was planning or try to find a dent short box.
Howdy Mike. Hey, you should head over to the BS thread. You'll get to meet a bunch of the other guys....those that aren't in post-lunch food coma's, anyway....LOL
