I learned the secret to a fantastic pizza long ago - BAKE THE CRUST FIRST!
(preferably with frozen french bread dough, that you can find in the freezer section of some grocery stores)
~ I call it: "MAKING A BOBOLI"
A pizza can be made on top of that in about fifteen minutes, if the crust is ready to hand.
GO LOOK at what they do in PIZZA SHOPS; THEY DO NOT make the crust, they get BOXES and CRATES of them, from somewhere else
Be snoopy - look past the counter, into the kitchen. How else can a high school minimum wage helper make those things so well?
