Just joined. It says access details are pending authorization. How and when does a payment get processed?
I joined Club FTE a couple days ago (already tried playing around making up a
website - at least I got my new exhaust clip uploaded if ya wanna listen).

Anyway, I used the PayPal payment method and it goes thru as a charge on my credit card pretty much the same-day as you enter it and agree to the charge. I think you can link other payment methods to it as well (like a checking account, if you are brave).

Not sure if this helps you or not....

Thumbs up off topic... but IMPORTANT!!!!!

I was kind of in the same boat as some of the other people. How is it to be paid? Thanks to Ken, everything became clear. He sent me the link to get the Paypal account started, which turned out to be really simple. I havn't gotten the chance to get really started on it but its all there now.
To anyone that has reservations about it. Don't. It appears to be very up front and simple. A big THANKS to Ken and all of his help.
I am now a happy FTE member and am looking forward to being able to support the site and enjoy some of the benefits.. Yep just another Happy Camper.

OK. I just went thru the PayPal process. Just haven't received confimation receipt. First time. This damn dial-up just takes so long. Can't wait to get the wireless installed!

Changed my internet provider right before I joined. My wife said I recieved the account verification e-mail but I haven't had time to open it yet. The amount I processed for Pay Pal still hasn't been deducted from my account yet. I guess need to open that e-mail tonite.
