Rear Jump Seats

I asked Steve83 about the jump seats he has in the back of his '83 rebuild. (See his gallery)

Thought others might be interested.

My question was, "How did they work out?" and his response was:

Great. I used to use them frequently when I was the only sober driver among my friends. Now, they spend most of their time folded up holding my 4-way lug wrench & framing square. I have another set that I'm planning on swapping in just because they're in slightly better condition, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I'll probably get them powdercoated first.

A couple of related questions:

Where'd you get them?

Do they make fold-up benches similar to the smaller seats that you have?

You could've kept it all in the same thread.

The first set (the ones that are installed right now) came from an '82 Bronco XLT, and I assume they were either a factory or dealer option. The better set (that are going to get powdercoated) came from a '78 king cab pickup, and at the moment, I can't remember if it was a Datsun/Nissan or Toyota. Probably Datsun.

There are small benches in lots of trucks and cars, but even folded up, they'd interfere with cargo access.
