Hey guys decided to start a thread for my project on my new Excursion.
I do not tow anything and wanted the best gas so bought a 2004
v8 XLT. 138k miles with new triton V8 60k miles ago. I have never owned a car with over 60k miles but this is a cream puff. Not one scratch or dent, interior perfect. It honestly looks like a truck with 20k miles , maybe.
So far I have put a cat back flowmaster exhaust and a new style F350 grill. Also a buddy talked me into not lifting it and keeping my alloy 16" wheels. I bought 33" 11.5 16s Hurcules most agrees ice tires.
Now after only a week I am going to lift it 4" and put new wheels and tires. 35 12.5 18's. then the newer style mirror and a bass a$$ front bumper with 4 7" Hid lights. Then not sure what else but I am sure more. Certainly appreciate everyone's assistance . This forum is very informative and members extremely helpful
Mike
Sounds cool! Keep us posted! As for posting pics, you need a photo sharing account like photobucket. From there, I have had issues so hopefully someone else will chime in!
Welcome to the club. You'll find all the info you're looking for and more here. Lots of great guys too. Photobucket is the way to go for pics unless you become a supporter, then you can use attachments.
