70's Ford Front Suspension Question

70's Ford Front Suspension Question
Is there any other difference between a F100 or F150 to a F250 or F350 front suspension besides the spring rating and lug bolt pattern?

Want to know if I get the front out of a F100 if I can put on my F250 and switch springs.

Thanks for any help.

150 is coils 250 leaf spring so no not a bolt in swap.

Thank you for repling. I have yet to see one in the wrecking yard and google pictures havent been able to help me either. Proboby not typing the right search.
