I have 2005 6.0 f350 4x4 180,000 miles ive never had any major issues till now. truck ran fine then i went to start and crank but no start so the next day i tryed agin and started like a champ ran great. Then next day went to start and same deal crank no start and i have noticed that the injectors do not pre cycle so that might be my problem. i have no codes since this started i put new crank and cam sensor took my ficm to ed at ficm repair.com and replaced the whole engine harness. i have cam crank sync 1600psi oil cranking ipr 75% then 15% after pressure just put updated dummy stand pipes. all fuses and relays are good. just to be sure today i put my ecu and ficm in a buddys truck and injectors pre-cycled and started right up. so now im really lost also i have 60psi fuel. for some reason nothing is telling injectors what to do!!!!! and now i just ordered new injector harness all get in a couple days and ideas guy?
ive checked the harness a bunch of times and all the conn. but i did order a new one all get it in a couple days! and the main harness i just put in yesterday.
U may have a point. Since ur FICM works in another truck, we can rule out the FICM. Connectors, harness, wires, etc. Tats wat I'm looking now. Could be a wire got chafed off or something shorted.
Could be 800$ for a new wire harness for whole engine! That wasn't it so by end of week I should have injector wire harness does anyone know how to ohm out each injectors to see if I have an issue with one?

Blade35 is very good at wiring. He helped me chase down a break in the same wiring harness u just ordered.
