This is normal.
You need to have the coolant checked every 15,000 for proper heath.
For those with the optional (fancy) message center (which you have) it will alert based on truck usage.
While the level might be correct, the coolant needs to be tested for coolant color, any nitrite contamination (should be none), glycol percent and reserve alkalinity using test strips.
Both coolant systems must be checked.
Easiest route is to take it to your dealer as it's a pain to do it yourself and you need the testing kit.

Not all dealers do it for free. Mine charged $20.
