I sure wish that 66 was closer, Like maybe BC. I am in the market for an old soft riding car right now. Been looking at an 03 Jetta but I don't think it's ride is what I want for the gravel roads here.

I just happen to have a fresh custom strong 390 in a 66 F350 I got here. By the time I got back home with the car It would prolly need it. I wonder what the mileage is on her. Looks like she sat a long time or was well cared for.

Is the 352 a crappy engine, or is it just one of those things that a 390 would be that much better?

I'm not doing too bad, had some health problems I'm dealing with and I've been crazy busy with work.

The projects are at a very slow place ATM. In August I put a new temporary drivetrain in the 53 as the flathead was going through oil and coolant like crazy. The merc hasn't changed very much. The 460 motor and tranny mounts are in. Bent up a smoothed firewall and I'm in the process of doing the recess in it so I can test fit it. Wheels and tires are done as well as most of my parts collecting.
