More than likely, yes. If you don't you could end up w/ your stock shocks topping out all the time. I've actually seen shock mounts torn off because the owner did not put longer shocks on after lifting his Jeep.
You will also need an alignment as well. When you lift a TTB front ,like your bronco has, it changes the camber. You should be able to bring it back into alignment but if not be prepered to buy a set of axle pivot drop beackets. They run about $100
To answer your question, yes, you would need new shocks (I had to after installing my leveling kit). Any reason you want to run spring spacers? I have heard nothing but horror stories about them disintegrating. I have a true 2" leveling kit (taller springs) on my 96 bronco. It only cost me like 120 on ebay, and 50 for new alignment bushings (plus a new alignment). Any reason you want to lift the truck? Why do you want to lift the rear end? You can fit a 33" back there stock (you can fit a 33 in front too, but dont expect to be turning much ). Do you like that raked forward look? Naturally you can fit a bigger tire in the rear because you dont have to worry about the tire moving side to side, just up and down. I guess if I knew exactly what you wanted out of this truck, I could help you a bit more.
You don't HAVE to get new shocks, but it wouldn't hurt. I did 2 inch springs on my 92 and retained the stock shocks, if you drive on the street mainly you won't have a problem. You definitely need an alignment if you want more than 10,000 miles on your tires. Mine cost about $150 for labor, bushings, etc. I also did a 2 inch block in back, I liked the raked look and tow quite often and trucks look goofy when the front end is 5 inches higher than the rear while towing a heavy load.
I'm looking for about the same 2" of lift for my '95 F150. What front springs did you use, and where did you get the blocks for the rear? I assume you changed the rear u-bolts as well. Did you install the camber bushings in the front to get it to align, or did the shop do that?
