2wd? 4wd?

What do you want to do with it? Just for looks? Off roading?

Were you planning on getting bigger tires or keeping the stock size?

And yes pictures would help.

It's a 2wd unfortunately but really just for looks I'll take it off road every once in awhile but not through straight mud because it is my work truck I plan on getting bigger tires when the ones I got need to be changed since I got 10 ply tires but they are off road tires

Looks for a 2wd, I say get a body lift. They arent as good as a suspension lift but cheap for just the looks.

Well I would really like suspension unread of body just because the few places I do take it I've got coughat on the frame and had to wait for forever to get pulled off it but if I can't do suspension how would I go about doing the body?

Unbolt body, lift, install blocks, bolt back on body.

If you have it in your mind to do suspension, then do that instead though.

The body lift blocks are a high strength reinforced Nylon material. They are cylinder shaped. I have a 3" body lift on my truck.

Put it this way: If you get a body lift, you don't have to get an alignment afterwards and you can then fit larger tires. The one downside is that it does not increase frame to ground clearance. Also you have to use supplied brackets to lift the 3" gap that will be created above the front bumper. The rear bumper will also need to be raised 3" by drilling new holes in the frame to relocate it.

Suspension lift will get your frame up away from the ground, along with the rest of the body. The only way to increase axle to ground clearance is larger tires.

You can get a full suspension lift kit with drop brackets and everything needed. Or else you could get 2" coil spacers to lift the front end and something like 2" lift blocks to put in the back under the leaf springs to lift the rear of the truck.
