Good morning Nor Cal FTE! A bit brisk this morning. Perfect for going out to the farm to do some picking. 
Since there will only be three of us on Thanksgiving, we have decided to boot the turkey and swap in a pizza! 30 minutes in the oven, and viola! lunch! We will keep the pumpkin pie for dessert tradition tho.

thirsty thursday is my friday with a 24-hr shift on sunday. hope you guys are having a good week and a good day. i got my uvch harness so im going to try to finish that tomorrow. my girl friends grandfather passed yesterday evening. a WWII vet, i am saddended by their families loss. he was happy, proud, and felt no pain. ill keep you posted on the events that unfold both with family and truck.

Happy thirsty Thursday NorCal! I heard a nasty rumor that it is supposed to start raining tomorrow, and continue until Monday, so if anyone needs to get anything done, better do it today if you want to stay dry.

WWII vets are dying at a high rate these days. It is such a sad thing, these Americans from whom we should all be learning so much, disappearing. They will all be gone before we realize the treasure they really are to us all.
Sorry you lost your girlfriend's grandfather. I'm sure he was a great American and great father/grandfather. Remember him and allow your fondest of memories with him to influence your life in positive ways. That would be true honor to his life.
