Made some sloppy joes for supper and topped it off with some waffle cone ice cream and bananas topped with chocolate syrup. So I am doing well. Besides it was my day off.

After all that I'm surprised you're not having a nap.

The thought has been running through my head.

I enjoy my naps as well. Used to be I would never take a nap. Surprising what a little age will do to you..

During the week I don't go to bed any earlier but I get up earlier. A nap after supper is a pretty common thing for me. I have heard having a nap isn't a bad thing.

I usually go to bed and get up the same time most every day. Sunday I may have to get up early.

I work a steady shift all the time so I don't like to change things up too much during the week.
