4.2 valve trouble
Recently had a leaking manifold gasket, passing antifreeze into the cyl. Intake valve for that cyl now hits top of piston, have replaced the gasket (head & manifold), the valve and spring. (same outcome) new valve still hitting piston.
Looking for suggestions as to what could still cause this to happen. The push rod and rocker arm seem ok.
Repair shop want's to replace the motor $3900.00. I hope not to.
