Drive Line Thump, Fix?

Has anyone figured out a long term fix for the drive line thump issue. Everyone has narrowed it down to the slip joint, correct. But has anyone come up with a fix?

How long will that grease up last before you have to drop the drivehsaft again and re grease it?

not sure....

I've got over 5,000 miles on mine since doing it, and it still running strong...no thump....
