Bad body Mount??

Bad body Mount??
I have a 1972 F-100 longbed and the bed is slightly tilted towards the passenger side. I do not know if this is a body mount issue or the bed is bad or any other possible cases. The truck is fine, just only the bed is slightly tilted to the right.

Typically the beds stay pretty level, you can look under the bottom side and see the rails that sit on the frame. They usually are not a problem.
The cabs are typical to rust out at the mount points. Front and rear mounts. If the bed is secure, then it's the cab.
Being an AZ truck, it should be pretty dry and clean underneath?
