Um,............ yes, I've read the page and done the exact same swap myself. All it involves is bolting on a new booster and master cylinder, a total of 6 nuts are involved. Anytime you have to replace the master cylinder bleeding the brakes is required. The stainless steel lines are purely optional.
Yes, it helps, but if you're not having a problem w/your current setup I wouldn't mess w/it. If you need to replace one of these components, might as well go to the larger stuff.
