Fuel heater

Im getting ready to re-install my fuel tanks and get the lines run up to the engine my question is i live in northeast Ohio and the winters can get pretty bad do i need to get a fuel heater it wont be run much during the winter because of all the salt. I've seen the Stanadyne piece but i haven't found an off the self filter that i can use and i don't want to modify the base the setup ain't cheap if i screw it up. I like the idea of being able to get all my filters at the local parts store. Anyone found an off the shelf filter or maybe a different setup i can use if i even need one?

Beans diesel is the only place i have seen that offer e fuel systems with a heater. I dont know if they would sell that part seperate or not.

Im not looking for a whole system just the separator/heater I've got the engine all hooked up already and the SD pump to run the whole thing really just need a filter setup
