throttle body removal
is there any way to keep the codes clear if you have removed the throttle body? the truck is a 05 the build is november 04 on the motor. I just studded it and removed the egr and did a bunch of upgrades. I ran custome tunes from DP-Tuner and had 3 codes come up P0407 P0488 P0688. When I retuned the computer to stock only the P0488 came back. Is there any way to keep clear this code clear without the trottle body in? thanks

No way to keep it clear without the throttle body in.
FWIW---Remove the two screws from the butterfly in the throttlebody and remove the butterfly. Put the throttlebody back in and the stock elbow back on. You won't be able to tell a performance difference UNLESS you're running a very large turbo.
