Ok, cool.
So the glow plug relay was bad, the real glow plug relay, after I put the AIH relay back together I tested it. Luckily had my replacement on hand, having just returned from NAPA (the GPR109SB, which I had to turn 90º to get the wires to fit, however was $19.66, which almost makes the warranty pointless
)... anyway it tested good after installing so I buttoned it up and hope she makes it to Yoga!
So round and round, thanks again for all the help.
