Getting at the relays in central junction box

Hello,

I just purchased a 2007 F350 and the fog lights do not work. Fuse is good. I've identified the fog lamp relay, its on the back side of the fuse box. How to you get at them? Does the fuse panel swing down some how?

Thanks.

On my 2005 there are two bolts and brackets on the bottom edge of the CJB that hold it in place. Remove bolts, pull box down.
