You are out of luck, you will have to build one yourself, they didn't make a 4x4 dually pickup until the late 90's. The only thing they made was a chassis/cab 4x4 which came from the factory with a cab and just frame rails in the back. It had dually rearend and the rims front and back, but the rear of the frame is odd ball and a dually pickup bed or any pickup bed won't bolt on.
But it's not too hard to go ahead and buy a 2wd f350 dually pickup, and get the parts from a chassis cab, and put them under a 2wd dually pickup to make it 4wd. A little bit of frame modifications and drilling are required to install the front leaf springs, and then the axle bolts in, and you will need to swap the tranny and transfer case in along with the driveshafts.

id be perfectly happy with a cab and chassis dually if it had a flatbed... i guess i should have been a little more clear...thankyou
Good luck spending only 3k on a 4wd 1 ton dually in decent shape. You have to on the HUNT for them. Putting a wanted add out there will get you nothing.
You have to scour craigs list and the like.
