7.5 Performance

Okay Fellas,

I have a 96 F250, 7.5 liter, Full Banks Exhaust, K&N, Trailmaster 4 Inch Lift...3.55 Gears.

I bought the truck new and it has 111k on it..runs like a top...love that synthetic. I did have the E4OD rebuilt last year and had it upgraded so it shifts with authority now.

So, I have been wanting to get better performance and debating what to do...I think my out of hole performance could be better.

1) Regear? I am only running 33's but would like to go to 35's. Should I just go to 3.73? I can not recall something between 3.73 and 4.10. I currently run 2000 rpm at 70 mph and get 13 mpg. Suggestions about how the overdrive and RPMS are effected? I have read some articles but I am not sure if the overdrive would have a bearing on this or not.

2) I have not seen ANY stuff out there as far as chips or anything to help peformance for the 7.5 other than Banks...any suggestions?

I feel I should be able to get a little more out of it...

But I could be wrong.
