I have a 96 Eddie Bauer 5.8 and my console was working then it would fllicker on and off then today turned on and it is not working at all. Need help where do I start?

 

If it is like the trucks....there may be a bad solder joint on the internal electrics. Take it apart and with power applied to it hanging from the roof, you can push on each soldered connection to see if the cause it to work. May have more than one bad. I would hing a search on google would provide detailed info as I found it that way for my '00 Super Duty.
