Fuel presure gage says 59 psi, which is what it normally runs at. Any ideas? Could it be the batteries?

Whats Mod Volt???

FICM Module Voltage??? Just a Guess

But Honestly any Voltage at 11.0v is Bad Unless that was taken During starter Engaugement

It would be a Good Idea to check alternator output and Load Test Batterys Separatly

Even a Battery Specific Gravity Hydro test is a Good Indicator there 5 buck from parts store

last week I found a Bad Battery with Hydro tester and FWIW the Battery Volts test Showed good so thats a Good thing to have for a DIYer

Might be worth stoping by an AutoZone on the way to the truck and getting a ScanGaugeII

You will need to program the Gauges but you can do that in Any Auto 1996 and Newer with a OBDII port

It will NOT loose the Programing when you ubnplug it to swap to diffrent vehicles

Check All Fuses to maybe you did IDK thought I would mention it

Unplugged icp, truck fired right up and runs good. Would it be ok to drive it two hours on the interstate with the icp unplugged?

Running an engine with ICP unplugged puts the PCM strategy into FMEM mode, meaning it will "estimate" the actual amount of ICP present, based upon APP, MAF, MAP as well as various other sensors' input. If the actual ICP is far less than what is "estimated", the engine will run and drive horribly.

Get it home and Replace that ICP sensor

International is cheaper thats where I got mine from

The First part # is Ford the Second is International

4C3Z 9F838 A / 1845428C92-------------------------------------ICP SENSOR (2005/2006/2007)*
5C3Z 12224 A /-------------------------------------------------ICP/EBP Pigtail

Was any oil on the Plug for ICP sensor???? If its only alittle Oily then take some carb cleaner and clean it out

If the Wire Insulation is all Bubbled up replace pigtail

Unplug the ICP Sensor passengerside valve cover and try to start its the only sensor in passengerside valve cover right behind the Alternator

Do you have any gauges????

ScanGaugeII is what I use so do alot of other folks here.

Have it scanned for DTC

SGII isnt the best DTC Reader but since it will show all engine sensor live data you can most of the time see whats wrong

It sounds like you have a Couple problems Going on since Low Boost wont cause a No Start it should atleast start and Idel with a Low Boost condition
Nailed it! Great job! Couldn't rep ya have to spread some first

First off...a huge thanks to all who posted!!!!!i owe u guys bigtime. I was able to make it home..i drove at about 70 for 2 hours with the icp unplugged. The truck may have been a bit more sluggish, but it wasnt that bad. I kept an eye on oil temp, coolant temp, fuel press, boost...no noticable change. Thanks for the part numbers! I just saw a video on youtube of a tech saying no code or p0299 with no start, hesitation, surging to check icp. Thanks again guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
