painted hood. :]

so i had to share my hood. im looking for a new one so i thought id paint it until i can get one. i didnt sand it so its not the best i just spray painted the white & red over the already blue hood. i know its not pro or the best looking but i thought for my first time it turned out pretty good.

I also thought that a rebel flag headliner would be pretty sweet! But i decided to settle for a Ford emblem that had the rebel flag instead of the blue backing.

Not bad for what looks like no prep work lol. I can't complain though, a girl driving one of these is good in my books!

Very nice!

The PO of my truck had a rebel flag for a headliner. I liked the way it looked, so I left it there.

I like it. The old blue paint has a nice patina to it.

I wouldn't even try getting away with something like that around here. The only car I'd try it on is a General Lee replica, you're just asking for trouble otherwise.

That looks neat...I like the overall look of your truck too. Keep up the work on it (and thanks for updating what you are doing to it.)

I agree with Strigoi. That wouldn't go over well here either. I remember hearing about some kids getting expelled over having a rebel flag screen print on the back window of their truck.

That is just freaking ridiculous. It's a shame that ignorance of history seems to have permeated to the top levels of academia these days. Or is it not ignorance but revisionism? Would those kids have gotten expelled for having a British or French flag on their back window? I really doubt it.

I like the pick-up, Cowgirl. Keep up the good work!

2x....It's called political correctness.... which lately has run amok due to the spineless executive branch of the current administration. They believe "tolerance" is acceptable only when it aligns with their views.

You are entitled to express your own opinion and it is guaranteed by the First Amendment of the US Constitution. If they have a problem with it, then it is their problem... not yours.

Nice paint job Cowgirl...Are you more Hatfield or McCoy?
