Grinding when braking ??

hey guys i have another issue i just started having problems when breaking. everytime i break there is thing loud grinding noise that sounds like it comming from the back tires but there isnt a sqeeking noise like there is where you need new breaks what else could this be??

Likely the rear emg brake hardware has come apart.
The parts have no place to go and can jamb up.
Or the rear pads are worn down.
