Stumbled across this

Theres a little hinge piece to the right of the throttle in the engine bay. and theres a hold in it like there should be a whire threaded through it cnonecting it to something but it floats freely, i have a picture but i don't know how to post it, if anyone needs to see could you tell me how? if anyone know's what it is i'd love to know hah.

Is it connected to the throttle assembly?
Do you have a functional cruise control?

it is connected to the throttle assembly. the truck has no cruise control. is it just a cruise control accessory?

Its for the kick down on the c6. I have it, there is a spring that goes through the hole and connects to the bracket in front of it. And the kick down rod connects to the pin that is in the side of that lever. I'll put up a picture in a bit for u

Yes, I pulled a turbo from a truck with a C6, and that bugger was in the way the entire time, my e4od doesn't have it.

Correct its only used on the c6 for the kick down rod.
