coolant flushing

Hey havent been on in forever, work doesnt allow for much sleep let alone much else. Anyways, what do you guys personally use to flush your cooling systems? Ive used prestone stuff, vineger and water straight vineger, hell even CLR for shower lime and rust. I'm not having cooling issues at the moment but the i cant seem to get my antifreeze to stay green for more than a week. I can flush it and with in 6 days its as red as alabama clay. But cools just fine.

I usually remove thermostat and add prestone or any other radiator flush.
Use straight water and run it for a day.
Flush it out with water again. More fresh water and more prestone (talking major clog issue) and run for a day or two again.

Then unhook heater hose going from firewall to wpump and attach garden hose to wpump. (If you still have tons of crap in engine then unhook heater core)
Put loose hose from firewall over the fender to drain.
Start engine and turn on garden hose to get a decent flow of water.
This will omit the radiator for the most part. It will circulate through some bit if you want that rinced out also then remove cap and turn water on more.

Let it run (engine and hose) for however long you want or until the crap is gone.
You'll never get all the rust out. It will just get mostly clean.

I don't know if it's still available but back in the day when I was turning wrenches, we had a machine from 'Wynns' that included their flushing chemicals that were added into the radiator. This cleaner was so good we could actually unclog blocked radiators and heater cores. There was a clear 'inspection' window on the machine that you could see all of the rust scale and crud being washed away.

It didn't look like you had tried cascade complete powder yet. Dissolve about a cup in hot water and add it to a water flush. I forget how kong you are supposed to run it before re flushing though.

I'll go ahead and ask, what king of green antifreeze are you using? Not all greens are the same despite color, and whatever you use should comply to the ford spec listed in your manual. Your fluid may not have the specific additives to help iron from rusting.
