Well the boat turned into a big fixer up project and nowhere close to what I was expecting so I passed, I have enough projects and do not need to add another to the mix. Today is my birthday and I my family is taking me out to eat at Olive Garden. Hope everyone is having a great Friday and has lots of fun stuff planned for the weekend!!!!

Had a good time at Olive Garden last night for my birthday. Was a real Busy day around the house today. Got my daughters golf cart working again after it has been broken for over a year. Me and the old truck cruised around the property and cut down old limbs and cleaned the yard up some, replaced a fog light bulb on the BMW. I also built a pen for a pig. We should be closing on the house in about 30 days so I can start working on the truck after that !!!!!

I got the old girl washed and cleaned up some today. She was looking real bad. Did a real good once over to see what I am up against. No where near as bad as I thought it was going to be. Floor pans both side, the truck bed, all new interior. It will be a full resto from top to bottom.

My vacation days are over and I have to go back to work tomorrow

I feel ya on the not much going on! I work for a construction company up here SW of Atlanta and we just laid off more folks this week. Trying to figure out if we are going to make it past the end of the year. I hope this economy gives in a little in the near future!

Hey guys,
That's the one good thing about being in the military, I should always have a job. Trying to get back in the groove of things and know what is going on since I have been gone for over 14 months. I have work to do but it's like eating an elephant, one bite at a time.
