nothing will give you that V8 rumble if thats what ur after..
the firing order of the V10 prevents that rumble from forming.
ur more likely to end up with a buzzing/droning exhaust note on teh hiway if your not careful.
the best sounding aftermarket exhaust i've personaly ever heard on a V10 was a cherry bomb extreme. but it is neither quiet not drone free. but it does make the truck sound better (subjective to owners ears of course).

some people here have removed the cat and found theres NO difference in power gain/loss.
basicly dont get into thinking ur sitting on free HP/TQ by removing the CAT.
Leave the cat alone. I heard a video on YouTube of an ex with a dynomax super Turbo that sounded great! Sounded like it had more rumble than stock, but wasn't outrageous.
I have been researching same thing. I even emailed Gibson for thier recommendation. They suggest single side swept cat back. Best for low end torque, lowest sound too. Check out thier site for comparisons.
Stayed away from all the others because I dont want a loud truck. If I did, it would be an oil burner. The v-10 can sound "import like" with the wrong pipe unless it is at WOT. Who got enough gas for that?
On my daily commute that I get around 10.6 MPGs regularly, a full-throttle blast from 0-60 once or twice a week does absolutely nothing to the mileage. It's also fun to rattle the Hondas that I pass
