great, thanks guys. the bottle only mentioned concerns about corrosion, not cavitation, so i was hoping i was right. think i'll pick up a second bottle this week cause my cooling system is bigger than the 4 gallons the bottle is made for, and i just flushed out the whole system and put in new extended life coolant.
and i know cavitation isn't much of a problem for 6.9s, but i hear its still possible, and i'd happily drop an extra $20 in the cooling system than wish i had

My parts guy that didn't know what I was talking about has prestone ready to go for my truck. Said that he didn't know what he was thinking when he told me that he has never heard of it.
