Highboy fender flares
Does anyone have black flares on their truck? I've seen dodges with black flares on a white truck and I love the look and would like to get some for my truck.
Poll: if I were to get flares, what would look better? wheels painted black or kept white?

I wish ya well on finding a set of flares... Bushwacker discontinued making them for our series so ya gotta either find a set of take-offs or adapt an off-series version.
Personally, I'm not a fan of all-black wheels cuz the tires simply fade into the rim. A black wheel with a thin line of contrasting color on the wheel lip looks better to me.

Those Bushwacker 3.5" flares are like "Hens teeth" due to them being discontinued and if you can even locate a set. I have seen a new set go for $250.
Good luck.... and BTW the 73-79 body style is the all the same fender shape wise you do not need specific "High Boy" fender flares.
Of course there is a different level of truck trim available, Custom, Explorer, ect.... and that will give you the dent chrome or fender lip chrome and or race track chrome option.
