Sorry sneener, I just got the wiring diagrams, I am not really sure what all would be involved.
Hopefully someone here can look and the wiring diagrams and let you know.
I would think that you would need to buy anything required from your ford dealer for it to work. Maybe start by getting a price from your dealer to do it, then they can figure out what parts you need for you

I don't see it being very practical. Like it would be cheaper to trade truck in on a Lariat trim. You would have to swap out the whole climate control / heater core / evaporator assembly under the dash. Dual zone requires a lot more mechanical blend doors to give two different temp out puts. And I'm not sure how willing the Ford store would be to make the swapped ECU play nice with the rest of the truck......
