Dana 60 Alignment ?

Dana 60 Alignment ?
After my swap I never though about but I know there two different axle so what would be the way to go with the alignment? The swap was a 95 F350 D60 on my 96 F250. I had ford techs tell me it doesnt matter to the alignment machine. So do I just say the alignment is for a 95 F350?

The tech that does my alignments has been the only guy to touch the front end in the 8 years I had the truck and he is good. He can tell by looking at the numbers. I wanted to know for myself and the truck having the D60 on the front it would make since to mark it as an 350 like said because of the differents in steering ,etc. Thanks for the input!
