yea a little sanding there and little cutting here and ill get them to fit correctly

No, just the holes were in the fender but not in the liner,just drilled through the plastic for the clips. The only parts are near the frame doesn't fit exact and a slice near the inner wheel wells. I put a rivet and was able to get 1 clip in to hold toward the frame side.
