Question About A Squeak In Front End
Hello all I own a 2000 Ranger XLT 4X4 with 32K miles--Today i loaded about 2000LBS of brick in the bed and drove home about 3 miles--Truck wasnt sitting low-Supprised with all that weight..
My question is--Bricks are out and now when i drive i HEAR a SQUEAK in the right front end area--When i bounce on the front of the truck i hear it (SOUNDS LIKE A BUSHING AGINST THE BODY)
I sprayed everything-Bushings-shocks links--you name it! I notice the ball joints Have no fittings to lube-Can i lube them in any way?? I just cant seem to rid the noise!! BTW--I SPRAYED EVERYTHING EVERY BUSHING!!!!
What could have caused the Squeak in the front end after all the weight today.. Other then the Annoying squeak i developed today the truck runs totally mint!

Well, I have ran an explorer underwater, so I'll be quiet
I've had a good friend with the same prolbem and he found out that his rear springs were making the noise, he sprayed them with some used motor oil, and no more squeak
