Since the late 60`s I`ve always had at least a couple Mustangs around to keep me company.

Haha easier said then done! I was young at the time, made quite a bit of money off of it, and it was driven really hard.

Good thing they are a dime a dozen, no matter what year a guy wants, you can find em!

Sometimes it`s hard to find the right one tho.
What do you think of this one, a 70 convertible? 1970 Ford Mustang Convertible - Saskatoon Collector Cars For Sale - Kijiji Saskatoon Canada.

This spring I sold a 68 Mustang convertible, two vintage Mustangs are enough for me.
The price seems ok and it does sound decent with good white power top but a rebuilt engine and transmission usually means it needs at least some body work.

Body work wouldnt be the end of the world. Hard to say without looking at it though.

Im not a body guy (yet) by any means either, but Im dabbling in it, and its not that bad.

Im with ya guys though that Im more into the mechanical aspect of things.

The one thing I hate doing is paying for bodywork though, those guys are not cheap, and its guys just like you or I that is doing that work!

I`m not sure there are many body men capable of restoration work left any more, now it`s glue on panels. Body work isn`t rocket science but it does take more patience and experience than I have.

Patience is definately key eh.

Your so right about the real bodymen. It seems to be a thing of the past.

That right there gives me motivation to learn more about it.
