Hello, new here and new to the Ford and diesel world.i recently bought a 97 ford f250 HD extended cab long box with the 7.3.it currently sits 3 inches higher in the rear. i plan on putting load air bags in the rear which i imagine will raise the rear even more??i plan on installing the bags before i lift/level the rear so i know how much to raise.it has the leaf sprung front. i would yard out this axle and put in a dana 60 but they just put in 2700 into rebuilding the front end so i might as well keep it.so i guess what i am asking is should i just buy a front lift to level it.would f350 springs bolt up and what that raise it?how about torsion keys?thanks for any help...

This should help 2" 80-98 Ford F250 Add-a-Leaf Leveling Lift Kit. I know skyjacker has some too which is a better brand but a bit more costy i think

 

i have an add a leaf in the front on my 97 it sits bout 1/4-1/2 inch higher in the front now alot of people say it makes it ride like crap but i think it rides better than a few other 250's ive drove

 

joshh... when you say the front is a 1?2 inch higher in the front do you mean 1?2 inch higher than the rear or just a 1/2 inch higher all together?thanks
