I just read and got caught up on your progress. Great work. It's looking faster every day. It won't be too much longer till it will drive fast too.

Before i post this pic, everyone needs to know that im no professional fabricator and i hate my Miller 175 welder. Its the most inconsistent welder ive ever used. One minute its perfect, stop to repossition and its trash.....

cut out my lower plates for the CV front, cut and rotated the bushings then installed the plates. They are gusseted under the frame then one on the outter. Over all im happy

Not a master fabricator? It's a matter of "mind over matter". You've got the "mind" to figure a good way and Git R Done..........so it don't "matter".

Saturday Drove 200 miles one way to watch my boy play college football. Never gets old seeing my boys do well in life. Up early this morning and back on the Bump. Finished making all my gussets and welding in the brackets. After that i D-A sanded the front with 80 grit, sprayed Por-15 metal etch and now the frame is Por-15 inside and out from the firewall forward

Your build is looking good. Great tip on finding the center line for the CV. I'm starting my build very soon and will borrow that...

No major updates. But today my steering stuff showed up. New plan is to pull the cab and bed. Box the whole frame, install the rear and put back together. Down fall is its already getting cold and windy

Looking good. What part number(s) did you buy for that shaft. I don't recall anybody ever posting it/them on here before.
