Bed size for cover

Bed size for cover
I have a 2011 250 Superduty. The bed length is 6'9". Although considering the bed size, is this particular truck referred to as the 6.5 foot bed? Or are there different bed sizes for this specific truck. I am buying a Tonneau bed cover and I don't want to order the wrong size.
