rust free
I originaly owned an 84 f-150 before my lease, but a poor machining job, and no money and time on an engine killed my baby (the truck! ....please no lawsuites...lol) ( i will get pics as soon as i can figure out the link on this site to post pics in the main gallery...very nice)
Anyways, long story short...kept a whole dump load of new parts for the very fast 300 cid, and the truck itself, hoping someday i'll go back...paid a lot for a storage unit here, to keep that stuff.
When my new 2000 grand am went fried, i started to hate cars again (that was the only car I ever had) and now that my three year lease is up...in three days with 30,000 miles over lease (no, not a typo) I needed to find a car, I wanted a piece of crap to buy for now up to a 1000 dollars and use that while I save up for my dream truck, a 96 bronco, rust free. Average price here about...8,000 to 10,000 depending on the damage, or you know...
Long story short (will write long story if anyone is bored...email me, i have lots of pics spaceganja@ameritech.net) i ran into my uncle online while excited at that moment about getting a limo to customize, ...my uncle is never online. I told him about the one I found, a 88 lincoln limo...slightly longer than stock and that I was sad cause it was rusted at the doors real bad. If im getting a ford to customize, I want rust free to start...I know how to prevent it well. so he replied that he had just sold my other uncle an 84 bronco with zero....zilch...no rust!, and clean. Southern truck. I dont care about the mileage, at all ( dont know at this point...havent even seen this truck yet) but convinced the buying uncle (who is a gm nut and bought it for his retirement and knows nothing about fords, or cars in general) to sell me the truck for what he paid, plus the price of the new tires he bought. get this...i would pay...if I had the money at least 8,000 for a rust free good running low mileage 84 or exquive...seires bronco, and im getting this for 3,000. I convinced him, and now I am so excited, and it's midnight (cant sleep) that I had to write to my hopefully new friends at the ford truck site.
I am good with elect (he said thats' the only major prob ...exp. when the a/c is on) and have a killer (high quality) amplifier system, and ideas for this truck. Im used to paying 300 a month for the gnd am, and 100 for ins, now I can pay nothing for truck, and 19 for PLPD ins. or might get full coverage, so i'll have lots of free cash to spend on my (somehow mysteriously obtained all of a sudden)bronco. email me if you want to eget my current plans, and talk about the 80 series and what you might have done. I'm ready to trick it out real bad, and rust proof it...the right way (mechanically, not no ZeeBart stuff) custom home built diamond plate dash, all that, i want to make this truck a dream come true....
thanks you for your help, I hope I can inspire, and be inspired by my new friends at Ford-Trucks.com
again email is spaceganja@ameritech.net
ps. my old truck pics have the pink Floyd theme I developed in my younger years (still only 27) the pics are cool, any floyd fans definitaly need to email me...will be doing the pink floyd on my new bronco (the third generation of my pink floyd theme)
till then my friends...
the bronco nut say be good, have fun, and love you truck...it can last you your life if you make it!
ok, just checked the length limit allowed for the post, found out it's a lot longer, so i'll write my story in another post following this...if I can...im new at this posting stuff (great at puters, but never wanted to be a newbie...LOL...do you blame me?)
