Well I got my truck back. Pressure plate flew apart and I ended up going with a south bend clutch rated for 400hp. Thats the good news. Bad news is, I apparently messed up my syncro in first gear and reverse when the pressure plate came apart pushing on the gear... (my fault ) So now I guess I either need a new ZF6 or syncro... is installing a syncro a DIY job or not? I don't have much experience but Im pretty good at figuring things out. I know labor will be high having someone change the syncro. Thanks for any input!
