Talked to the dealer. They said they need to check if this is an option within the computer's perimeters. If it is, then they can reprogram. If not, then obviously the speedo could be off. And maybe I'll get a CEL. I've asked them about the CEL.
I can live with the speedo but I think a CEL would annoy me.

Thanks to everyone for their feedback.
You only get the CEL if they select a tire combination that was not available to you on your truck from the factory. As an example 20" wheels are not available with the 3.31 axle, therefore if they select a 20" wheel setting that corresponds to the same diameter as the tires you have it would throw the CEL light. One individual did have them change the axle ratio in the computer from 3.31 to 3.55 and was then able to select the setting he wanted. I am not sure what other issues this could cause.
If you have the 3.55 axle this is probably not an issue for you.
My gear ratio is 3.73 (gas) and there wasn't a 20 inch wheel offered on the 2012's. The 20 is offered on the 2013 as far as I know, but I'm not sure if it's paired up with a specific ratio.
Anyway, I need an oil change anyway. On Friday the dealer will take a look at the PCM to see if there is a 20 inch option, but that seems doubtful at this point.
Is the CEL on all the time in the case of the mismatch that you've described?

There is another thread that talked about this awhile ago. I haven't tried it yet, but from what was said on that thread it sounds like all tire options that Ford offers is selectable. However, if that tire was not available from the factory with your axle ratio the you will get a CEL on all the time. Now I believe that was a 2011, I do not know if the programming has changed in regards to this.
My speedometer is exact now with my new tires based on my GPS, so I don't plan on doing anything at this point.
I noticed you said it was gas I would watch going to bigger tires as it changes you gear ratio. If you do any towing it will weigh in on how you truck acts towing. Atleast mine did.
Update:
I picked up the 20 inch OEM wheels and had the dealer road force balance them yesterday and put them on. They also recalibrated the computer for the new size. The TPMS set up is identical to my 18 inch ones so nothing new was needed. Wheels look great and they seem to ride better than my 18's, probably due to the road force balance.
Hopefully this info helps out anyone looking to do the same things. Thanks to all who helped out with this.

What were the magic words you said to get the dealer to reprogram the computer with the correct tire size and gear ratio combo?
I picked up a set of the factory chrome 18s for my XLT with 17s. It'll be a simple balance, swap, reprogram sensors and reprogram computer procedure. I have three dealers near me that I asked for pricing, all with wildly varying responses.
- Landmark Ford in Tigard was at least willing to do the thing, though they weren't sure of how to alter the speedo reading.
- Damerow in Beaverton was unwilling to get involved at all, saying it would void the warranty. They continued this line of argument when I pointed out that the new set is factory wheels, factory tires and factory sensors. They also had a speedo shop in mind for me to talk to to physically alter the speedo.
- Dick's in Hillsboro wants $120 for the programming change alone.
