Underbody part - need help removing?

Slip an end or box wrench up on top (above the crossmember) and a 1/2" drive socket and breaker bar or ratchet wrench on the bottom........tap through bolts out.

I agree -- I no longer am irritated by that stupid part -- way too entertained by all the discussion of it's purpose and gender.
