I'm interested in this also so subscribing!

Maybe Ax or someone else will do a good "How too" on this subject like Ax's "Welding How Too".

Ask 100 bodymen and you will get at least 102 explanations.......every body has there own way. There should be thousands of articles and videos on the web. Also every car mag has a "how to paint your car" article every 6 months it seems....
I could tell you my way of doing it, but then I'd have to kill ya! LOL

Seriously, I don't have the time or energy to type (hunt and peck) it all out...........

lowtrkn2k, If I remember right, ax-racer did have a good prep sequence, but I have not read it in some time and I can not remember how to get to it

I may have led you guys to the wrong site, after posting I went onto the site to double check since it has been a while since i was there, and although it does have a lot of good info it isnt the site I was thinking of. So check it out if it has what you want "great" but if not check around , like Tinman said there is alot of stuff out there. And if you have a partiular question ask it here, it would just be alot for someone to cover it all in one thread. My truck would not have got done at all without the help I got here, thats for sure.

You may have been thinking of Autobodystore.com. I've followed the forums there for years and there's some great info shared there. The moderator, Len Stewart, is a great guy (he runs a paint /body shop in NJ) and very helpful along with many of the forum participants.
