exhaust questions
I am looking into replacing my exhaust. Can someone enlighten me to feature benifits of 5" vs 4" and 304 ss vs. 400 series stainless, as well as muffler vs no muffler and on a 5" systems does the pipe have a connector to attach to turbo? Existing pipe looks to be approx 3" so I am sure there must be some adapting.
So if i decide to go with a 5" the objective is for egt's while towing. It must make deeper sound too. Who makes a 5" in 304 stainless. Thats my ideal choice. Thanks

I would say that at most if not all HP levels, anything over 4" is purely sound, same with no muffler vs with, and stainless options are just looks, and depending on location and conditions, reliability.
