Flywheel bolts size?
I've got a 390ci that is waiting for the flywheel to be bolted on. I want to go with ARP bolts but have no idea what size I should be looking for. There are roughly 3 sizes and I'm not sure of the length. Anyone have an idea??

Flywheel bolts size?
They are a 7/16-20 thread and the heads of the bolts are a 3/4" hex. The bolt length for an automatic's flexplate is 3/4". A std. tranny's flywheel bolt might be a little longer, but I doubt not much more than 1/8". You should be able to use a 1" long bolt for a standard flywheel without the bolt sticking past the flywheel flange and making contact with webbing in the rear of the block. You might want to purchase a cheap 7/16-20 tap to clean the threads in the crank flange just in case the original bolts were a little shorter than the ones you intend to use.
