Dash Gauge Mount

Anybody running the Autometer 15003 two gauge dash mount?

Thinking this might be perfect for my Fuel Pressure and HPOP gauges.

I would like to see what it looks like mounted up...

Autometer 15003

EDIT: Found one...

I like mine. The only thing is you'll need to fiddle with it to get it to fit well. The double sided tape they give you isn't enough. I put some some trim fasteners in on the flat areas to hold it in place better. But if you put guages in there like Joe did, it would hold fine.

I like this one better than the dash mount above the radio, and overhead by the mirror. My only concern is if it blocks the fuel gauge, temp gauge, etc in the corners. My second choice would be the lower panel by the 4x4 shifter, similar to the 650 location. I wonder if it would be in the way of my trailer brake controller though...

Warning lights with dash suround pod - YouTube

Gives you a bit of an idea of how the dash one blocks gauges and such...

I chose this set up to avoid the pillar mount. For me, that set up is too distracting for night driving. Any additional guages will go down in the lower panel. The lights the dash mount pod blocks are the parking brake, WTS, ABS, and a couple others that don't come to mind right now. If you really need to see them, you can sort of look around the gauge if necessary. The temp and fuel guages are not blocked.

For sure, and it does block what what Alvin pointed out. Also agree the pillar mount seemed like it would be distracting at night. Get the lower pod, it works well. here are the ones on old green, but changes will be coming.... one of these days, lol.

turned on:

i had the pilar mount with 3 guages and it was very distracting, i put the guages on a switch to shut them off, but still didnt like them during the day as it made the pilar larger. `

By Joe's video, it doesn't appear to block too much of the outer gauges. I like the more heads up view, although I wont be watching them as often. I also have the Prodigy controller and the lower one didn't appear to block it as much as I had expected. The only other gauge I might add down the road would be bag pressure.... I'm torn, luckily I don't need to decide now!
